Introduction Conversation Design

Conversation design focuses on desired outcomes and guides people to their goals over multiple sessions. Conversation design is a turn-based transitional interface that makes chat actionable. By combining application and education conversation design is considered a convergent design system.

Conversation Design is a convergent design system using all kinds of disciplines: Interfaces & Interaction Design, Motion Design, Audio & Visual Design, and UX Writing. Conversation Design focuses on task-completions instead of features.

Privacy by Design

Because interaction and data are stored in a ‘container’ the user always has ownership of their data. Handover of data is always done with a specific task-completion in mind and based on consent. Data always returns to the owner.
